jcsd:

UCB/UCLA: Super Reach
UCSD: Reach
UCI/UCD/UCSB: Slight Reach
UCSC/UCR/UCM: Match

What about the CSUs?

UCB, UCLA and UCSD is probably beyond reach.

Many CSUs accept you immediately if you meet the minimum requirements (which you do) and visit their campus. The ones that have higher standards which are harder to get into are San Luis (Cal Poly), Pomona, Fullerton, Long Beach, and San Diego.
