Hi Guys, I'm new to CC and am wondering if anyone can give me some insight on my chances of getting into UCs and CSUs. I am a sophomore at a California Community College and applied to UCI, UCSD, UCLA, UCB, San Diego State, Cal Poly SLO, Cal Poly Pomona, and San Francisco State. Please help! xx

These are my stats:
Major: English
GPA: 3.42
Major GPA: 4.0
Units Complete: 64
IGETC: Certified
TAG Agreement: UCI
All prerequisites are complete for my major.
Extra Curricular: Alpha Gamma Sigma (Honors Society), two part-time jobs, sports, community service, etc.
State: California
Gender: Female
Ethnicity: Caucasian

If you have any feedback at all, I'd be more than happy to hear it.
Thanks (:

UCI- if you meet the requirements, you’re in of course. From what I see, you meet the TAG
UCSD - low reach (you don’t meet the TAG)
UCLA, UCB - reaches
San Diego State - match
Cal Poly SLO - match
Cal Poly Pomona - low match
San Francisco State - safety

Why apply to the Cal states when you have a guaranteed admission to UCI?

@BuBBLES thanks for your feedback, I appreciate it. I applied to CSUs just to be safe, in case something fell through with my TAG at UCI (idk why it would) I also considered location when applying. I live in San Luis Obispo right now and am considering Cal Poly SLO, but would prefer to go to a UC if I can get in. Just wanted to keep my options open :)

The TAG is contingent on a 3.2 GPA. Meet all the requirements, check with your counselor to be sure, and you will be in. The TAG for UCSD is 3.5 and it is the last year they will have the agreement.
