Chances at UCB,UCD,UCSB,UCSC,UCLA?

Hey I'm a senior about to apply for colleges in fall.

I would like to know my chances at the UC's like Berkeley, Davis, Santa Cruz, Santa Barbara, San Diego, and LA. I would also like to know if there any shot for me at Stanford. (and if there is, how do I get there?)

Male, 17 years old, Asian(chinese)

SATs (yes I am aware that they are painfully low right now)
Math-580
Reading-500
Writing-460

GPA(unweighted) 4.0(10-12 grade) 3.96(9-12 grade)
I'm not sure what my weighted GPA would be but I took 8 honors class so far with A's in all of them.

Class rank 1/73
(small school, only 400~ students)
Public, Bay Area

Also took a community college class, Psychology. Passed with an A.

Extra Curriculars
Atleast 250+ community service hours.
Mock Trial since 9th grade, becoming leader this year. My team goes up against mostly private schools, very few of them are public like my team.
Apart of a non-profit organization that helps rural areas in the Philippines, I help pack boxes, also worked as stage hands for the benefit shows they host.
Lighting & Sound technician for the theater at my school, did many shows.
I know how to manage just about all the technical sides of a play.
I run a small backyard rabbitry.
Self taught guitarist, started around 2010ish.
Papercraft artist, working with complex 3D model and recreating them with paper.

Employment
Working in fast-food at minimum wage as of this year. I use to money to pay for my school fees, and other things like my guitar & rabbitry.

I don't have many honors or awards, and I can't remember any of them.

Additional info
I will be a 1st generation college student since my parents weren't born in the U.S.
I am a low-income student so I'm kinda limited to what I can do as a student/regular person.
English was my second language, Chinese was my first.
I intend to double major in Psychology & Mechanical Engineering.
I also intend on joining ROTC Air Force while doing college.

I know that I'm in kind of a bad situation because of my SAT scores but I will be studying intensively over the summer and hopefully get 1800+ in the fall (that's doable right?)

I'd appreciate all feedback, I don't need sugar-coating so please be honest and try to help me out eh? (any ways to beef-up my app would be awesome!)

Thanks for reading all of this!

This is rather obvious, but your SAT score needs to go upupup. Being a first-gen, non-English speaker helps alleviate some of it, but you’ll still need to get at least 2000+ for Berkeley and LA. With your current score there is almost no hope for those two schools.

As for your weighted (UC) GPA, refer to this website: <a href=“A-G Policy Resource Guide”>A-G Policy Resource Guide. Just type your high school in and it shows which courses are weighted.
