Chances at UCF?

Well I'm currently in my Senior year about to finish up the first semester and I'm worried I will not be able to get into my dream college of UCF based on my Junior and current grades. In my first two years of high school I took mainstream classes and had gotten A's and B's in them. I had gotten 3 C's which 2 of them were in Algebra I and 1 was in Geometry. But starting my Junior year I decided to take honors and AP classes for the first time. So my grades were:

AP Lang (C) (B) (2 on AP exam)
Dual Enrollment American History (B) (B)
Algebra II Honors (D; I switched out of this class and went to regular algebra II, and then I retook the honors credit and gotten a B)
Chemistry Honors (D; I retook the course and had gotten a B) (C)
Game Programming I (The grades in the class are counted three times so I had six B's for the entire year)

For my Senior year I'm currently in:

Game Programming II (A) (Right now I have a B and could possibly get and A/B for the semester grade)
AP Government (D) (Right now I have a C and I could get a C/B if I pass my last test and exam with A's)
AP Physics (F; I want to switch to honors physics but I can only do it online due to scheduling and I'm also worried that colleges, specifically UCF will defer or reject me because of switching out)
AICE Pre-Calc (F; I could possibly get an D/F for the semester)

I'm really worried that UCF will reject me due to such poor grades. I was already accepted to Stetson University but I'm worried that switching out of AP Physics will cause them to revoke my acceptance. I do frequent community service, I was in Book Club for two years (not consecutively), and I'm in Key Club. I was also an S4TL delegate and received a community service award. I don't do any sports but I had done Powderpuff football for both my Junior and Senior year. My gpa unweighted is 3.25 and weighted is 3.48. My SAT score was a 1450, but I'm not sending that to UCF I'm retaking my ACT which was a 19 and I'm trying to get at least a 25 and just send for ACT score to other colleges as well. So I'm really worried and I wish to know if you believe I can get into UCF, and also what are some tips for next semester?

Right now I think it is a reach, but hey, it’s just my opinion and it never hurts to find out for sure. Good luck!

Well I successfully transferred out my AP Physics class and into Physics I Honors. And I’m also going to be taking AP Macroeconomics second semester.
