Worked concession stand few times for plays for drama class at school
Friend of the playhouse at some lame volunteer service at my city. Never did anything for them but they think I attend the events so I might as well write it.

Basically interested in anything local. UCR, UCI or Cal Poly Pomona. UCLA I have no shot I already know that so forget that.

What the hell is that supposed to mean. I am giving my opinions. Ever stop to think maybe what your saying is completely wrong, and "poison". Its all relative, and these are my opinions based on my knowledge about certain schools by revewing many sources. Actual Naviance plots for over 500 schools. I know what I am talking about. Of course, that applies for large impersonal state schools that are numbers driven.

Well, I have seen Naviance scattergrams from CA public schools for UCSD, and that is where I derived my thoughts and opinions from. I saw many 3.5/1850's getting into UCSD.

Thats odd man, on those scattergrams, everyone in his range seemed destined to get in except for a few random kids who didnt get in here and there.

I know a kid who had a 3.9 UC GPA and like a 1400 SAT score and he got into UCI. I guess he either had a really good essay or it's just completely random.

UCI-Slight Reach
UCR-Safe Match
All Cal States Except San Luis Obispo and San Diego State-Match
San Diego State--Match to Slight Reach
Cal State, San Luis Obispo--Slight Reach

By the way, it's possible your UC is higher than you think if you took many honors courses (which would change the estimates above). Why not post your entire schedule and then we can estimate the UC GPA--and your chances--much more accurately. Also, tell us some other info (first year college?, low income?, single parent family?, etc).
