I was recently accepted as a transfer student to UConn (Storrs), and I'm in the process of applying to the Honors Program. Although I was able to pull through with a 3.7 at UConn last semester as a non-degree student, and I have a 4.0 at Harvard Summer School, and a 3.68 at the CC which awarded my AA degree, the GPA at the CC where I started out (and from which UConn has transferred the greatest number of credits) is a 3.36 - UConn's Honors Program site states that a 3.4 is required.

Also, I'm an in-state, non-traditional/mature student (age: 29), and was diagnosed with a reading disorder in 2004 (and all grades since then have been A or A-); not sure if that matters at all.

Does anyone have an idea of what my chances for admission into the Honors Program might be, and what I could do, if any thing, to improve the odds?
