chances at UC's... any IVIES?

<p>ok what i have is not great.... so here goes</p>

<p>SAT I - Math 720 Verbal 630 = 1350
retake in December...will do better just do not know how much higher
SAT II - Math II C 800
take chem,hist, writing in nov. for sure i can get 700,700,650 bare minimum, respectively. </p>

<p>AP Calc AB 5
AP History 4
AP Comp. Sci A 3
Will have taken 8 AP classes by end of senior year...</p>

<p>about 4000 students at my school...my class has 800 and school does not rank.
GPA 3.79 - 3.81
Weighted GPA 4.2</p>

<p>3 year member of Track
1 year membe of Academic Decathlon
Volunteer at Daycare Center...450 hours
Volunteer at Hospital ...150 hours
Some other useless awards... ec's are weak i kno...</p>

<p>I think floppsy is a bit optimistic. I think UCB and LA are reaches. Write a strong essay and you'll be considered. Good shot at UCSD. Other's are super, super reaches.</p>

<p>Yes, I am optimistic. However, applicants matching keng's profile usually get into UCB if rejected by UCLA and vice versa, rather than getting admitted into both. That's exactly why I put him as a match for both. I hope you get into UCLA! ^_^</p>

<p>ack sorry was thinking USC. UC's have some sort of weird point system which is partily computer generated and partily read.</p>
