Do I have a shot at all of these schools?
Is there anything I can still do to improve my chances?

-english is 2nd language
-first semester of sophomore year is bad.. but i have an excuse that i was diagnosed with ADD during that period and recieved treatment.

You have really good AP scores and you're quite well-rounded, but your unweighted GPA is low. I doubt there is anything you can do at this point, just keep your grades up in case you get waitlisted. When I was reading your school choices I thought "Man, I hope she is from North Carolina." Duke is a reach. I think you'll be okay for Chapel Hill. It seems like their admissions process is all hype. As for the state us you're in.

their average Weighted is 4.1
they dont talk much about unweighted

I think you need more SAT II scores for UNCG.

no.. you dont

NC State, UNCG, Elon all safeties. I'd bet you could sqeeze a bit of money out of Elon as well. I'd say you have an excellent shot at UNCCH as well.

is it gonna be easy for me to transfer from UNCG to UNCCH after 1 semester??

no that doesn't work well as many people think. Even though they are both UNC's, they are 2 totally different schools with different academic programs and standards. . It's not like you would apply to Chapel Hill and they would say, you aren't good enough, but we will send you to Greensboro.
That would work for a school like Penn St. It has like 15 other campus in PA, and those are transferable.

u can still file for transfer admission after 1 semester
