I think you have a very good chance of getting in. As long as your application is individualized and makes you stand out and your essay and recommendations are good, you should be good to go. You should also try to take the ACT; I think you would do very good on it and it would boost your chance. Best of luck!!!
You are just above the bottom 25% so this is tough. The admit rate is such that you have a decent shot but that’s about it. I wouldn’t bet money either way on this one. So by definition this is a quality reach.
This school’s yield is low. That would suggest wait list might be the worst outcome.
Did you visit? Did you interview? How have you expressed interest? Did you even apply at this point?
I would bet you get accepted at St. Lawrence. I have not been to Union but SLU has a great campus.
I would also bet you get in Muhlenberg, another good choice for science.
