Chances at Univ. MD, Va Tech, and Penn State?

I'm a high school junior and I'm wondering what my chances are of getting accepted at either University of Maryland-College Park, Virginia Tech, or Penn State. I'd really like to get accepted into the engineering program.

9th grade
all honors and 2 GT classes
straight A's

10th grade
all GT classes
straight A's

11th grade
GT Physics
AP Java
AP French V
AP Calculus I/II (AB)
Honors Engineering
AP English
AP U.S. History
(straight A's)

12th grade (predicted)
AP Physics C
AP Calculus III (BC)
AP English
AP Economics
Honors Architectural Drafting/Design
Teacher Aide (help grade papers, make copies)

SAT Scores
Math 650 Verbal 650 Writing 650

Plus, I'm not sure if I should become a teacher's aide or stick with French VI in my senior year. Would it look bad to colleges if I took an "easy" class like a teacher's aide even with a 4.0 GPA, top 5% in my class, and 9 AP classes? Thanks!

Are you instate for UMD?

i'd say good chance on UMD instate, and maybe match/slight reach if out of state. As i understand, it's becoming very competitive for out of state students. Try and raise the SAT's if possible. Provided you have some EC's, i would say in at VATECH and penn state.

Yes, I'm a Maryland resident. I forgot to add my EC's, so here they are:

-Stage Crew (10-12)
-National Forensics League (10)
-It's Academic! (11-12)
-National Honor Society (11-12)
-National Math Honor Society (11-12)
-National Foreign Language Honor Society (11-?)
-Civil War re-enacting (11-12)
-Maryland Math League (11-12)
-employed at a restaurant as a busboy (11-12)
-People to People Student Ambassador (summer between 8th and 9th grades, so I'm not sure if that counts)
