Chances at Vanderbilt?

I am a graduating senior this year at a public high school in Idaho of about 2000 students
I am ranked 9th in my class of around 400 students
I have around a 3.8 unweighted and a 4.25 weighted GPA
My SAT scores were Math-660 CR-690 and Writing- 720 bringing me to a 2070 composite
I am a full international baccalaureate diploma candidate with a very rigorous schedule
This year my schedule is:
IB Environmental Systems SL
IB 20th Century Topics HL
IB English HL
IB Theory of Knowledge
IB Math Studies SL
IB Spanish 4 SL
IB Visual Arts SL
IB Biology HL
and DECA 2 as a zero hour class
My extra curriculars involve varsity pole vaulting (although I will not compete as a college athlete), I placed second at state for Business Law and Ethics in DECA qualifying me for DECA Internationals, and then placed in the top 30% at DECA Internationals. I represent my area as the Distinguished Young Women of my city that I won through a talent/scholarship program where I played a piano solo (I've practiced classical piano for around 9 years (think Miss America without the swimsuit portion) and then won top scholar for the Junior Miss Idaho competition, National Honor Society, Rotary Scholar of the month for my city, Junior class treasurer, and I am president of Africa club through my school. I was also the division leader of a shoe collection program where I single-handedly organized a shoe drive through my community and collected thousands of shoes that were sent of to orphanages in south America this October.
I've taken the hardest possible schedule through my high school but am aware that my unweighted gpa and sat scores are on the low side for VU. What do you think my chances of admittance into Vanderbilt are?

VU: Reach
VU likes “numbers”

Vanderbilt: Reach

You might want to look at Vandy for grad school… and apply to matches/safeties if you don’t already have an acceptance letter.

Vanderbilt seems to be a reach school for you.
