chances at vassar?

<p>Im a rising senior in high school. 4.0 gpa, 4.60 something weighted. I'm cuban and ive been in the US for 4 years, so i didnt take as many honors classes in my freshman year and i was not able to take any advanced math classes in middel school because i kenw NO english.</p>

<p>yeah io think thats pretty much it lol.. i dont have any awards because honors teachers are the ones responsible for giving them to juniors and i mostly take aps so none of the "ap kids" got any lol ( i know, so unfair) My school does not allow sophomore to take any ap classes</p>

<p>Vassar sounds like a slam dunk, to be honest. Be yourself in the essay is the only advice I can give. Oh, and do the “your space” option. It’s a great way to show a unique aspect of yourself that doesn’t come across through the Common App. Plus with an applicant as qualified as yourself, you should really demonstrate interest. Vassar is pretty touchy about being used as a back-up to the Ivy League. That’s why they accept so many people ED. Good luck!</p>
