If you love Cornell and are set on applying there, I would encourage you to do so! If thereā€™s one thing freshman year has taught me, itā€™s that Cornell accepts a diverse range of people and they really do look at your overall application, not just stats. Thatā€™s why I decided to apply to US schools (Iā€™m from Canada), because they look at you as a person and not just as a number.
Thereā€™s no way to tell whether or not youā€™ll be accepted unless you try :slight_smile:

I wonder if Cornell accepts additional materials that are not arts supplement. For example, can I submit research papers, some small projects I have done etc?

Can someone tell me my chances of getting into Cornell? I know everyoneā€™s asking this and I donā€™t mean to be a massive pain in the ass.

Weighted GPA: 3.9 (didnā€™t do well freshman year, have straight Aā€™s now)
SATs: CR: 750
M: 720
W: 720 (doesnā€™t matter for Cornell, I think)
US Hist: 700
Molecular Bio: 700
APs junior year: Bio, Chem, Lit, US

4s on all APs taken cept Chem (not submitting that one)

APs senior year: Calc AB, Euro, Lang (Iā€™ve taken all the APs my school offers)

Lived in Japan in 3 years, can speak fluent Japanese in addition to my English.
