? what is that? ^

Your unweighted is greater than your weighted GPA?

yeah ap and honors classes are 5, regulars are 4

congrats on your excellent credentials. I think you have a decent shot at any where you want to go.
Hey do you think you could chance me? I'm not getting any responses

um...summer gym? lol why

its so the OP could make her GPA higher (unhindered by a non-weighted PE course over the course of the regular school year)

This is your WEIGHTED score... and I'm fairly sure that only APs count as 5's toward your weighted score. In your unweighted score, all classes with A's count as 4.

good numbers. decent ECs. however, nothing stands out.

reject by mit and caltehc--not enough math/science. HYPS are all "maybe"s. in at everywhere else you apply

I believe unweighted gpa is on a 4.0 scale whereas weighted gpa is on a 5.0 scale. So, you might have mistaken the two and switched them. Anyway, I think if you're school offers AP Physics you should take that rather than Physics hnrs. Even though they both might be weighted at your school, some schools, the UC's, I believe, do not count them as weighted. My old school (9-10) weighted honors, but my new school (11-12) after my transfer does not. Bummer...

Other than that, your stats seem great but the Ivies are really competitive to get into. Your other choices seem like a closer reach, even match. A 2370 on the SAT's is almost perfect! I only know 3 people that have gotten better than a 2360, and two of them I heard from word-of-mouth.

oh you have to take honors physics before ap physics, i don't even think we offer ap physics anymore, not enough people

ah sorry! i messed up unweighted and weighted :P

summer gym was so that i could take more classes during the school year

i want meh ap grades.... (and i don't mean paying for them)

Reject by HYP (might get into Y or P by luck)
in at the rest
