Chances Early Decision Cornell

I posted this in the Princeton Forum, but my other choice for a University is Cornell, so here it goes
Race: Half Asian-Indian (wealthy enough to afford Cornell) and Half Caucasian

Legacy: Grandfather attended Cornell

GPA: 3.90 (Sophmore and Junior years)
Class Rank: Top 3%(School doesn't disclose numbers)

SAT I: 2260

AP Tests
Calculus AB: 5
Calculus BC: 5
Statistics: 5
Govn't: (Unsure yet, not done with the class )
Biology: 5
Phyisics: 5

Courses Sophmore Year:

No AP classes, but I took two math classes both being two years above my level
The rest are a's, but the four core classes I will list for your all's reading sake

World History -A/A

Courses Junior Year:
AP Physics -A/A
AP Biology -A/A
AP US History -A/A
AP Calculus AB -A/A
AP Statistics -A/A
English III -A/A

I'm fairly confident about my Essays, I'm pretty good at conveying myself

EC's:
*200+ Hours of volunteering at a hospital
*100 hours of community service
*Internship at a Catholic Hospital
*Shadowing at the same hospital(Basically like following the doctor around and watching what he does- kinda the same but kinda different)
*One Year Swim Team- Started Varsity though(As of Junior Year, will continue my senior year though, obviously.)
*One Year School Tennis Player - Once again, started Varsity(Previously played tennis out of school, though)
*Member of NHS(may run for office Sr. Yr though, but it would be pointless after I apply to Princeton, yes? :P)
*President of Speech and Debate(two years, senior year will be my third)
*Member of Medical Club
*Qualifier for Nationals in Debate, was in the top 30 at the end of Nationals
*Semifinalist for PSAT (score of 225)
*Tutoring elementary kids at a local public elementary school for my second year
*Took Calculus BC over the summer of my Junior year at a university
*Member of Foreign Language Club
*Working Experience at Barnes and Noble over the summer
*Attended Debate Camp twice so far at Stanford- advanced lab
*Secretary of the Foreign Language Club

So that's about all I can think of as of now, what are my chances of being accepted ED at Cornell? And would it be worth it to wait it out til my first semester of Senior year is over? We run the block schedule so it's possible to get about two more AP class grades in by then- also raising my GPA.

Basically... Do I stand a chance?

What's the deal with no AP's?

I think you need to convince elite schools that you are serious academically - one way to do this is to take many AP's.

Oops!
Forgot my AP Scores
AP Statistics - 5
AP Calculus AB - 5
AP Calculus BC - 5
AP Physics - 5
AP Biology - 5

Taking AP Gov't this year

I don't think that a lack of 10th grade APs is an issue. The OP obviously has plenty of APs in 11th grade and presumably 12th.

This is an excellent record and I think the OP has a very good chance to get into most of the schools at Cornell -- but not Arts and Sciences. Arts and Sciences requires three years of foreign language, which the OP does not seem to have.

Well I feel stupid.
I took Spanish III over the summer, Working on Spanish IV in my senior year right now.
Are my chances good for ED?

You have a good chance for ED. Just make sure your essays do not mention Princeton. :)

You have a very good shot ED. What college in Cornell are you planning to apply to?
