INTERESTS:
creative writing!!!!!! and possibly education, philosophy, theology. a school with school spirit and a sense of community.i like people who are clever and witty and NOT shallow and ditsy. somewhat politically active and liberal is good.

First of all...are there any school on my list that seem out of place? Anything that wouldn't fit my needs? Also, my chances: reaaches, matches, safeties. Which schools should I add on?

Thanks in advance!

yay for hawaii! me too!!! apply to USC (because there are tons of us here!!!! lol. Plus you can take tons of screenwriting classes and major or minor in that if you find you like that more than just Creative Writing in general. Or do a bit of both!) Your list looks good to me. I'd also look at Sarah Lawrence too. It has a great creative writing program, BEAUTIFUL campus, and is more liberal. They also have a pillow room in their library (where u can go to read, write, study, etc!) the whole room is pillows and cushions. Not a good reason to pick a school, lol, but their creative writing program is top notch.

As the child of a Tufts faculty member, i too am applying there, and with my knowledge of the college, the SATs a little low. I have similar stats to you, and i am soo nervous about it. Im applying to BU too. (Its my first choice.:)

thanks :D

irishdarling...could you tell me anything else about their creative writing program?

well, my dad works in the polisci department, so ireally dont know much about the english department.

yo vanilla...kick it one time boyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.

So I have my final list:
Boston College
Boston University
Vanderbilt
Whitman
Gonzaga
University of Puget Sound
Santa Clara
University of Portland
