Chances for a New Zealand IB student?

<p>Hi guys! I am taking IB in NZ and about to start my second year, meaning that time is running out for college preparation. I'm quite interested in applying to US universities (to the point where no other place will do 0...o) and have been wondering of my chances. (I got NZ citizenship although I was born in China-might be beneficial in terms of diversity needs of unis hopefully?)</p>

<p>Stats: took the SAT once 710R/770M/670W going again end of this month hoping to bump the scores to somewhere around 800M and 700W. Took SAT IIs once 780Lit/780Mat2 maybe gonna try and get 800Mat2 if I can be bothered T_T
Estimating a 40 for the IB score (hopefully!)
Not the most active extra-curricular wise (read as lazy) but I have some activities for the sake of CAS.
Thinking about doing a business major so how will my chances be for UPenn, UCB, Emory etc. and will a school like UW or BU be relatively safe?</p>
