Basic Info:
Junior, International Student from Taiwan, Asian-American. Goes to highly rigorous private international school
Currently a junior, and found out I had 2 C+'s on my junior year transcript...
I have always been a A-B student, with more B's then A's though
The two courses, I received C+'s in are, AP economics and Japanese.
The funny thing is that I got a 780 on the SAT 2 Japanese test and am positive that I got a 4/5 on the ap economics exam.
This bring's my gpa to a 3.3 (I know... I'm pathetic)
Iv'e scored an 2020 on my SAT 1's.
I have three years of internships (all business)
Have extremely good recommendation letters from people in high positions.
One from the founder of MILK Magazine (interned there)
One from the CEO of Formosa Plastics. Biggest conglomerate in Taiwan (interned there)
President for 2 clubs
Business Club and Fashion Club
200 community service hours
+200% net worth profit through stocks
sold a fashion goods trading company for 10,000 US

Why I am a slacker...
My dedication to my stocks and business pretty much explain it...
I also don't do well in my classes... but I know the content better then any other student...
I know more about economics then anybody else in my economics class...
I know more about Japanese then anybody else in my Japanese class...
Im just a person, who would rather spend his time on things I find important, rather then spend hours studying for something I won't use...
To be honest, iv'e learned a lot from my ap economics and have learned to apply a lot of it outside of the classroom..
I also learn a lot outside of the classroom then when compared to what I learn in the class

Iv'e gone on some college tours, and Iv'e fallen in love Babson...
Will most definitely early d it

Are Boston University, UC Irvine/Merced/Riverside/SD, Babson, Bentley, Pepperdine, Chapman, University of Illinois at Urbana Champagne like universities at my level???

If not, what colleges are at my level?
Any tips to improve my chances this year?
