Chances for a special case

Hi,
I just moved for India from 9th Grade ( Special Case) So right now I just finished 10th Grade.......So, I might be considered as low income, as my parents didn't have so much income in India and they have low income jobs here.
This year (Sophomore):
US History Final Grade A- (In my school, A- is 93% go 96%)
Honors Algebra 2 A (In my school A is 96% or above)
Spanish I Final Grade A (I know students take it in 8th Grade, but I know 3 languages from India).
Biology Final Grade A-
English 2 Final Grade B
I took 4 electives which were Phys.ED, Health , Word Processing, Integrated Business Tech ........... Got A's in all of them.

GPA.....Weighted 3.97, Unweighted 3.86

I am really good at math so I am doing pre-calc online in summer.

Gave a practice SAT and got 700s in Math , 500s in reading, 500s in writing.
English is not my first language, so I will give TOFEL.

Next year I will take:=
AP Calculus AB
AP Biology
AP Chemistry
AP Computer Science
AP English Lang (Preparing for this in Summer)

I don't have extracurriculars yet, in summer I am going to do lab research, volunteering, working at science center.

What would you tell me to improve on?
Will they consider me and excuse me for my low SAT English scores??
Feedback appreciated.
Thanks

It would hurt a lot if you didn't get a greencard. International admissions are extremely competitive. Sorry, I don't see you as a special case. There are plenty of international students within the US who apply. As far as I know, being low income does not help in admissions. What college are you applying for? If engineering, you'll need a close to 800 math score if you're international.

If you take TOEFL and score well, I think they don't care about your SAT verbal score. Work on your extracurriculars, too.

bumper bummmpp

It's a bit too early to tell. Will you be considered an international? In other words, will you have permanent residency status by then? If not, it will be a reach. You'll need to improve your ECs. If you get your W GPA up to 4.3+, you stand a good shot.
