Fluent in English, can speak very good Spanish and Farsi if that helps?

Planning on majoring in a math related field such as statistics, business, etc.

Can I get into places such as University of San Diego, University of Irvine, University of Santa Barbara, Davis, Berkeley, Los Angeles, etc.?

A 25 will keep you out of UCLA/SD/D/I/SB, let alone Berkeley, but try Santa Cruz, Riverside or Merced…

Santa Cruz: Reach
UCR: Match/High match
UCM: Low match/Match
USD: Reach

UCR can be an admission safety if you sign up for the GAP program during July, then include it in your regular UC application. Eligibility is a 3.9 HS GPA (presumably UC weighted) with at least 13 of 15 a-g courses complete (allowed exceptions: 4th year English and either visual or performing art or academic elective) and 23 ACT with writing.

Be sure to check the net price calculator for affordability.

University of San Diego is a private; odds are pretty good there. But I think you mean UCSD.

UCLA profile of admitted freshman Fall 2814

3.7-3.9 weighted gpa has a 6% admit rate based just on gpa.
ACT of 25 @12 %.

But that’s based on isolated data points.

Not as much detail, but you can find some other profiles here:

UCD/UCI/UCSC: Low Reach/High Match
UCSC: High Match

Your ACT composite brings your chances down. Retake if possible and really work on your UC essays. Schools such as UCSB are more holistic in evaluating applications, so the essay may help your chances. I would add 2 safety schools to the list and cut UCLA/UCB/UCSD from the list. There are many great schools where you would have a better chance for acceptance, you just need to do more research. Plug your stats into the SuperMatch feature on this website which will help narrow down some choices.
Also calculate your UC/CSU GPA to get a better idea of your chances, see link: <a href=“Cal State Apply | CSU”>Cal State Apply | CSU;
Good Luck.
