Chances for a very lost senior ><

bumppppppppp

calcruzer: i highly recommend considering a gap year, even if you do apply to colleges. If your not ready to go, don't go. There are many overseas students who take gap years (something like... 80 %). There is also a letter floating around from the harvard dean of admissions talking about the benefit of a gap year. i'm actually kind of wishing I took one now.

Why don't you go to an instate college for a year..or even just a semester.. get a new start put a little more effort into school and then transfer?

I know you have heard a lot of this but this really makes me sad... a lot of people work really hard at school and suck up their SATs (me included).. you are not going to make in law school by being a good test taker.

Good test scores, great community service, but not-as-good gpa.
You've taken some ap classes, which is great, but I think some of those colleges are a reach...
As a previous person suggested, maybe apply instate 1st year and then transfer.... You can definitely get into a good school, maybe not some of those "brand name" schools, though.
