Chances for accelerated med programs? HALP PLS

Rising senior, I have wanted to go into medicine since elementary school so I want to gauge my chances at getting admitted into a 7 year med program. No regrets here.
Preferable colleges would be BU, Rutgers, NorthWestern, Brown, or GWU but I am open to almost all programs given their renown difficulties to get into in general.

Asian Male
GPA: 4.42/3.85 W/UW (<-this might be a problem but its a little late for me to fix it. I got straight A's every year, except for 1 B+ in world history honors in soph year)
Rank: my school does not release rankings, or at least that's what they say
SATs: 2350: 750 M 800R 800W
SATII: 800 Chem, 770 Bio(freshman year), might take math II
APs (including my senior courseload): bio 5, calc bc 5, apush 5, eng I 5, psych 5, eng II, chem, stat.

Other stuff:
Placed top 60 for the US National Biology Olympiad

4th in state for Bio II NJ Science League
3rd in state for team TSA/JETS competition

Career stuff:
I'm a certified EMT and volunteer for a local EMS agency.
Worked as a pediatrician's secretary (freshman yr only)

Aspirations for senior year:
shadow a physician
pursue further research opportunities
join school environment club
join a bunch of school clubs actually
pick up a sport again
And anything else to further my chances!

Thanks in advance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

bump!

Don’t join a bunch of clubs, will look artificial. Looks like your medical EC’s (shadowing, volunteering, research) are rather weak making these programs difficult to get into. Maybe I missed it, but how many activities of those do you have? Is ncbi published scholar a research paper?

Being an EMT sorta takes up quite a chunk of time, and during my training I had to do hospital rotations so Is that still not enough? Also I did work as a secretary for a pediatric clinic, but this summer i’m actively looking for opportunities to shadow someone.
I published a protein sequence.
