Do you honestly think that the “several people” in your city represent the thousands from across the globe who apply? The kids who get admitted have strong applications. They may not have high test scores, but they can still have strong applications nonetheless.

maybe at max 1000 internationals apply to wharton, only about 6000 in total apply

@CaliCash‌ I know those people really well. They got scores around 2300 but nothing exceptional on their CVs. Pretty sure about that. Its difficult no doubt to get into wharton, but Im pretty sure its not that ‘no one gets into wharton’.
By the way, although I live in India Im a US citizen, so I`m a domestic applicant with foreign credentials

Again. Do you honestly think that the few cases around you represent the entire world? Because it doesn’t. For every 2 cases you see in your are, there are literally thousands to the contrary.

My worry is for penn, you’re EDinf to Wharton will some business experience, but not enough to make it anything but a reach, as it is for anyone. Depending on if you do IR ( international studies at penn) or business or something in the science field will give you different level of “reaches” you can try to do huntsman like I did, which combines business and international studies, or another dual degree program, but it’s a very competitive program! Good luck! Harvard and stanford are readhes for anyone, and uchicago, depending on financial aid need ( I think they are need aware) and your uncommon essay, it could be a low reach for you! Berkeley, is probably a very low reach or match just because you seem like an interesting applicant :slight_smile: my advice would be to work on those essays and make them perfect!

@seoulbound‌ thanks! :smiley: Yes, I will be applying to Huntsman even though I`m aware what a crazy reach it is for me…so I am planning to take majors in CS or IR along with Wharton even if I dont get Huntsman
