Chances for an atypical case: Low GPA, high ACT

Hello.

I would like to know what my chances at UToronto are. I slacked off quite a bit for the first half of my high school career, so my GPA is fairly low. Here are my grades and statistics:
ACT Scores:
Comp: 33
Superscore: 34
English: 35
Math: 31 (Scored higher on prior test at 32)
Reading: 35
Science: 32
Writing: 36

GPA
10th: 3.05
11th: 3.33
12th (first semester): On track to hit 3.9

This is all unweighted by the way.
I’ve also taken 7 AP classes thus far, and will have 12 completed by the end of senior year.
Do I have any chance at all?
I believe I’ll be planning to Arts and Sciences and/or Business.

Responses are much appreciated, thank you!

I’m just like you but my SAT’s are high and my GPA dropped when I moved to an IB school. I’d say you have a good chance of getting in provided you improve your GPA in first semester, admission officers like to see an upward trend in general
