Chances for an international student without money...

Hey, I am a student from Germany and dreamm of going to college in the US
I've spent my junior year in Nebraska and got great grades.

GPA (Unweighted): 3.846 GPA (weighted): 4.308
Courses: AP Biology, AP American History, AP Human Geography, Spanish I, English 11, Honrs Precalc

I mean it is just one year but my grades here in Germany are pretty good, too, although I like the school system. In my grade i guess i am between 1-6 out of 86 (we dont have class ranks). i am going to a gymnasium where just the best third of the students goes to.
if i would translate my report card, i would probably have a GPA of 3.7 for the last three years here.

when i was in the US i took some test:

ACT - comp.: 30
English 32
Math 30
Reading 27
Science 30
Essay 08

AP
US History 4

I am living in a small town (30.000), so there isn't much to do and it's not common in Germany to wind prices and get awards.... (i don't have any)
i will go to a one-week political camp this summer and i'll try to win a one-week journalism-workshop sponsored by our government this summer.

Now the colleges i want to apply to:
Stanford
Brown
Johns Hopkins
Tufts

I want to study International Relations and Chinese.

my father is a teacher and i have 2 younger brothers who will go to college one year later so i cannot afford tuition and so forth. the most my parents could pay would be about 8000$ a year including evrything.

I guess i am a dreamer but is it really hopeless? do you know any alternative colleges or a way to improve my chances?

Thank you very much

Stanford - high reach
Brown - reach
Johns Hopkins - match
Tufts - low reach

Lafayette College has a very good international relations program.
