Chances for an International Student?

Hi, I'm a Mexican student, and wish to apply to USC as my first choice to major in Film Production.

My grades have an equivalent of a 3.8 GPA.
I've taken the TOEFL and scored 637 of 677.
There are no Honor/AP classes here.
I took the SAT, but got a low score (1710), it was my first standardized test in english, so I was unfamiliar with the process.
I'll take the ACT in October 27th, to get a higher score.

Extracurriculars:
Varsity Cheerleading for four semesters
Varsity Tae kwon Do for one semester
Paint club for two semesters
Film club for two semesters

Community service at a Mental Hospital for four semesters worth (90+ hours)

I've done one short film, I'm in the course of making a stop-motion and will make another short film by the next semester.

I can get some recommendation letters from a professional script-writer and a director from a film course I took a couple of years ago, and my film club teacher.

What are my chances?
What can I do to get better?
Should I translate the recommendation letters?

Thanks ahead for any help.

I don’t think your chances are good with the current stats you have mentioned.
Also, fees at USC are really high: over $50K. Is this cost worth it to you?
