Dear jgwentworth : Congratulations on the wonderful GPA score - twenty years from now, you will remember the non-"A" grades more than the "A" grades when you get that close to the perfect 4.0 score. The concerning point is that your score places you in top 4% suggesting there are many scores in the 4.0 range - which in turn suggests grade inflation. It would be nteresting to hear if you had weights applied to your average (capped at a 4.0).

Your ACT at 32 seems more appealing than the 1380 two-way SAT score, but none the less, both are within BC's sweet spot.

While academically you are more than qualified from what we can see, you do not have enough detail covering athletics, music/arts, volunteerism, honor societies, or other awards. Your AP Scholar status suggests excellent academics; the question is about the overall balance of your application.

From a location diversity perspective, your California location should be appealing to the admissions committee.

You have not provided enough detail here to give you a thumbs-up from my perspective. None the less, assuming you have a more complete resume than posted here, best of luck in your pursuit of the Eagles logo!
