Also my mother passed away from cancer when I was in 7th grade, and I talked about how that affected me in my personal statement, and how the depression I felt affected my grades especially sophomore year but throughout junior year I became highly motivated and driven.
Also, I’m a girl. I don’t know how that affects my chances?
But yeah, would I be able to get in?
