I am currently a freshman at University Of San Fransisco, and planning to transfer to Boston College or Boston Uni for Fall2014, earning a GPA of 3.68 for 16 credits, ACT compostie score: 26, TOEFL: 102, do you think I have the chances to get admitted by both schools???

The truth is that without knowing more about yourself, it’s hard to say. While Boston College is no Ivy League, it is still a relatively selective school (only accepting 30%-35%). Your ACT is on the lower end of the spectrum when it comes to the students who are excepted, but admissions committees look at so much more than your GPA and ACT scores. I can only stress that when you apply, make sure you highlight your talents and passions, as well as have a solid list of ECs. Good luck! :)

Thank you for your advice, but can I know what are my percentage chances of getting into BC? But my toefl score meets the requirement above 100. What do you think?
