Hello Everyone!

I am a sophomore in chemical engineering at Arizona State University and want some tips for getting into top graduate schools.
I have a 4.0 and currently have the highest grades in most of my classes (sooo, it will most likely stay close to a 4.0)
I do research in atmospheric chemistry and have other projects involving education research
I am extremely involved in clubs and community (Peer mentor, officer of professional engineering club)
I plan on doing research over summers and through my undergrad.
Also, I have very good relationships with my research professors and the dean of my school, so I will have pretty good letters of rec.

If I keep it up, do I have a good chance for top PhD programs?
Any tips?
