Chances for CMC, USC, and Pepperdine?

Hello!
I'm about to be a senior, here are my stats. Claremont and USC are my reaches, Pep is my match.

GPA: 3.7 unweighted GPA
ACT: 27 (first time, Im hoping for a 30 next time)
AP scores: apwh-4, AP English-5, APUSH-5
I also took 3 sat subject test, but I have not received them yet.

EC's:

4 years in schools dance program
4 years in choir including advanced level
3 years in my schools club which promotes tolerance. 1 year as secretary and 2 as president.
In 10 th grade I directed a show at school which included various cultural performances.
In 11 th grade I directed a similar event, but instead of one show I created the event which lasted a week with performances during lunch.
I am a commissioner of my school 'link crew' which assists incoming freshmen in their hs transition.
I plan on reviving a community service club which fell apart. (so I would by default be president or vp)
I was nominated as being one of the top 20 girls in my class in terms of activity and academics. (out of a class of around 1000)
^ I plan on running for president of this organization
I also recently have become very aware of the prevalence and ignorance surrounding HIV/aids, so I really want to create a charity at my school to raise awareness with young people.
I also was nominated for ncte national writing competition.

I'm very passionate about my extracurriculars lol.

I will do an interview for all three schools since I've visited all and LOVE their campuses. My recommendations should be pretty good because my teachers really like me. (not to sound conceited but I'm pretty charming).

Also I'm a first generation Hispanic female, if that helps.
Thanks! :)

You should be able to get to Peperdine. USC is a reach unless you get your ACT score up, same
with CMC.
