Chances for colleges?

Hey everyone! I am a white, male student from a highly regarded public high school in New Jersey and was wondering if you could provide some input on my chances for some of my colleges?
GPA: 3.5 Weighted
ACT Composite: 31
Extracurriculars: I have a very wide variety of extracurricular activities, ranging from community service involvement to tutoring to sports involvement. I have many community service hours.
Recommendations: I have amazing recommendations from both of my teachers and a mediocre one from my guidance counselor (does not know me very well)
I was rejected from my ED school but accepted to the University of Delaware and Indiana University so far, but have not heard from any others.
Current schools to hear back from (the ones I would like input on):

  1. (PRI) University of Maryland - College Park: This is my top choice as of right now, and I think it could go either way.
  2. (RD) Fordham University
  3. (RD) Providence College
  4. (RD) Tulane University
  5. (EA) James Madison University 6: (RD) Penn State University

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide input! Feel free to PM me or ask me any questions down below… Best of luck to everyone during this very stressful process:)

Improve on what you say for EC’s because it is a bit lacking.
Your ACT is very good but your GPA is a bit lacking.
For around all these schools, your chances are at a solid 35% or 45%. 30% or 20% for the higher, more elite schools you have chosen. It is indeed difficult based off your EC’s.

Thank you for your response! Some of my ECs/awards include a community service project where I raised 20,000 dollars in eight weeks, track and field, DECA leadership position, art award, AP Scholar Award, DECA Chapter project, language clubs, academic summer program, a bunch more and I also take the most rigorous classes at my high school. By the time I have graduated, I will have taken 4 college classes, 6 AP classes, and 13 honors classes. Thanks again!!!

Update: Admitted to UD, IU, Fordham (I thought I applied RD!!), Penn State, and JMU so far… Still waiting on a few decisions, however.
