Hello, I've looked at a substantial amount of colleges and I am wondering if I would have a chance to be able to attend competitive colleges such as Vassar, Wesleyan, Hamilton, Cornell, any SUNY, and possibly any other Ivy. I really wan't to go to Vassar, to which I am applying early decision I.

I am a Junior at a moderately sized, but highly competitive high school. I am a male with a <1/4 Hispanic background.

In School:
- I have an 3.7 average(unweighted), that is going to go up
- I am part of my school's National Honor Society, which is more competitive than most schools I know.
- I am active in the school, participating in Expanding Horizons ( going to seminars and meeting students from other schools), participated in quiz bowls and other in school activities.
- I've never been a sports player, but did participate in Nordic skiing freshman year.
- I am in Project Lead The Way: a series of college engineering classes, through RIT.
- I am taking all the AP classes my school offers.
- I am in the top 10% of my class.
- I am liked by most, if not all of my teachers.
- Did well on the PSAT.
- Other than AP, I am taking every advanced and honor class I can take.( Since freshman year, I have never been in a regular class)

Out of School:
- Teach kindergarten at a local day care center.
- Racked up 100 + community service hours.
- Participated in the Naval Sea Cadets Corps.
- Pretty well rounded and independent.

Negatives:
- My grades are phenomenal for most standards, but possibly not for the school's that I am applying to, standards.
- I'm not poor, but I am surly not well off, so the tuition might be a problem.
- I have not taken the SAT, SAT subject tests, or ACT yet, but will soon.

I will thank you heavenly folks in advance!!! Thank you and please answer with honestly. Just remember that I am only a Junior and all my stats and ec's will go up.

*P.S: can you suggest any other colleges that I would be able to attend.
