Misc: I am a very enthusiastic student and that should be evident within my essays, I’m extremely motivated (I am a work horse) and passionate about Cornell

I can’t remember whether you can list an intended minor on the Cornell app or not. Either way, for CAS while you indicate what major you plan on pursuing, you’re really applying to the college itself rather than the specific major (technically everybody comes in to CAS undeclared).

I would say just work to show your passion, get your scores up, and try to make yourself stand out.

And if you do end up getting in and minoring in JWST, take a class from Shalom Shoer. He’s the nicest professor around.

Ranza123 thank you!
