Chances for Duke?

Hey :) I was just wondering, what do you think my chances are of getting into Duke University? Here are my stats:
SAT: CR-620, Math-650, Writing-660 (I have only taken the SAT once, so these scores will hopefully go up a bit)
GPA: weighted-4.6, unweighted-3.85
AP's: US history, English 3, English 4, Environmental, Statistics, Calculus BC, Biology, Psych
Honors: whenever possible
EC's: Band for 3 years, wind ensemble for two of those. Marching band for 2 years. FFA member for 4 years, FFA officer for 2 years. I have been playing piano for 10 years.
Community Service: I volunteer at a hospital every summer, 300 hours total
I have gotten all A's so far, except for B's in US history and AP english 3.
I'm from Durham, but my parents moved here from Belgium (maybe this will help?)
I speak English, fluent Dutch, and will have taken 4 years of French when I graduate.

Thanks everyone :)

It’s definitely a high reach for a candidate with your stats. Your GPA is a match, but your lacking in ECs and test scores.

Haha, a fellow belgian  I am French but I have lived in Brussels for 7 years.
About your chances, I think you should break the 700 in each section to be considered competitive. GPA is good, but ecs are definitly weak (nothing special, sorry  but I guess you participated in what you enjoyed and this is surely the most important thing). No hook (you did not mention one at least). You should consider a high reach, but still apply because you never know what the admission commitee is looking for for a specific year. Good luck!!! P.S: apply to less selective school which also have great academics such as Carnegie Mellon or Boston College :)
