Chances for ED at Columbia?

Hey everyone, I'm new here. I wonder if you could give me some advice.

I REALLY want to go to Columbia, and I am definetely applying ED. I think I have a decent shot. Tell me what you think....

Also, my dad went to Columbia undergrad, so I'm a legacy.

I am planning to apply ED, and I want to know if i have any hope of getting in. My class rank isnt as high as other Ivy applicants, but I have ltos of leadership activities and my grades are solid A's all the way through.

Any thoughts?

actually that weight was incorrect, my actual weighted is a 5.1

bump.......

I've yet to apply to Columbia, but from what I've been hearing from the c/o 2009 and others is that your essay and your ECs will help you. That said, I can't find what you're interested in by looking at your extracirricular activites. To me, you're passions don't seem to shine through. That said, you seem to be a solid student, and the legacy will always help. Best of luck.

how do you have a 5.1 on a 5.0 scale?
