Please evaluate my chances for ED please. Thank you!!

SAT-2250(M-770, R-750, W730) will retake in Oct
SAT II- USH 790, Taking math II in Nov
GPA-4.0 UW top1%
AP six 5’s, one 4, two 3’s
Senior course load- AP Lit, AP physics, AP gov, AP Calc bc, AP music theory, Choir
EC(very generic):local youth leadership group member, choir(with some minor awards&local honor choir member), french club(vp), interact club(vp),nhs(senior rep), library volunteer, history center docent, cashier at a restaurant

Based on numbers alone, I would say you have a pretty good shot. Write awesome essays and you will have a higher chance of admission.

Also try to take SAT IIs in different areas to appear more well rounded.

I would take the Math II Subject Test, as you propose, but would not bother taking the SAT again. The Writing doesn’t really count, and the CR and M are strong.
