<p>ok im applying for early action at UGA, but i want to get into the honors program, so my question is should i apply now or wait until second semester and try to boost my gpa?</p>

CC: mostly honors classes, 5 aps total</p>

<p>you might as well apply now and then again after a semester, if necessary. I am not sure you will get in on this first try, though. UGA and particularly its honors program is getting pretty competitive. </p>

1400+ will provide you with the best chances.
just really focus on one section at a time when you take it.</p>
<p>(i'm not just bsing... someone from my high school took the same classes as me, made one less A, and didn't get into honors. they told her that it was basically just because of her scores.)</p>
