chances for intl undergrad

<p>im an international student from India and am interested pursuing electrical engg undergrad degree. im completing </p>

<p>my 12th grade (high school senior) and my records are as follows :</p>

<p>-88% in class 10th (Subjects : Science, Math, English, SSt, German)
-Class Rank in 10th : 2nd (out of a small class of 36 students)
-75% in class 11th (Subjects : Physics, Chem, Math, Computers (C++/SQL), English)
(teachers in India usually do strict marking in cls. 11th and 12th)
-Class Rank in 11th : 3rd (out of 34)</p>

<p>-SAT I Scores : Reading : 540, Math : 710, Writhing : 510
-Planning to take ACT + Writing this October; hoping for a much better score
-TOEFL this July; getting approx 230-287 range in sample tests; hoping for better scores</p>

-School Vice Head Boy 2002-2003
-Started the School Newspaper 2002
-School Editorial Head since 2003

-Certified Computer Hardware Technician from NCSA</p>

<p>-Chief Member, School Interact Club (undertaking various voluntary activities under The Rotary Club)</p>

<p>-Member of the school band</p>

<p>im planning to apply to the following schools giving good fin aid packages (or scholarships) :</p>

<p>How are my chances at these ? could you suggest some more colleges/univs in which i can get good fin aids ?
how bout the ivies ? (Yale, Brown or Stanford ? lol)</p>
