I heard northeastern only accepted 7 percent this year
Did you get into Vandy?
You heard correctly!
Waitlisted
Good luck this week! Congrats on all you have accomplished! No matter where you go, you will excel!! Keep working hard, but take time to relax a little this weekend before making your big decision.
Going in undecided, you will want to be someplace that allows you to change majors easily or not declare until later in your 2nd year possibly.
And offers a wide variety of majors. From engineering or business to creative writing and everything in-between. Good luck.
Sounds like Rice.
But good luck with all your schools. Sounds like you would thrive anywhere and everywhere!
Thank you!
Thank you!!
Since Ivy Day is tomorrow, if the user would like to report their results and/or ask for suggestions on which to choose, Iâm reopening for that purpose. But further chance responses are pointless with actuals less than 24 hours away.
Thank you! Waitlisted at Vandy and Georgetown. Accepted to Emory (and Oxford) today! Financial aid wonât be out at Emory for another 24-48 hours so donât have that to compare.
Deleted per mod comment that future chancing is rather pointless with <24hrs left (and I agree).
Good luck OP. Weâll be interested to hear how your day goes.
You might get into any of the ones youâre waiting to hear from.
Just curious - even though your school doesnât rank, you must have some idea of in what percentile of the class your GPA puts you. I would imagine that your counselorâs letter would also give the schools some idea, too - usually they send a letter with a nomogram that indicates what percentile of the class has which GPA.
Also, do you have any AP scores yet?
Rooting for you today, but I hope youâll still consider Rice even if you end up with Ivy options!
Oxford! Wow. Congratulations.
Pretty sure she means the Oxford campus of Emory U., not Oxford-in-England https://oxford.emory.edu/ (Not that her actual acceptances donât deserve a âwowâ⊠but just to clarifyâŠ)
Do you care to share where youâve decided to go?
Yes this is correct! Oxford at Emory
