chances for ivy leagues/top schools?

<p>I have good grades, but I'm told that my extracurriculars are too widespread and I don't have enough leadership positions... I'd like to study chemical engineering or biochem with the possibility of medical school afterwards... (I'm currently a junior)
also, I'm female, east asian, and a british citizen (if that makes any difference)</p>

<p>I'm planning on submitting a supplemental art portfolio as well... if that makes any difference... sadly, it seems like not many people care about art ;;</p>
