Chances for NYU, Columbia, Uchicago, Vassar

I'm a male high school junior from a small, recognized private school in Wisconsin.
-ACT- 32, 08 writing, 36 english? (figured this was kind of unique for a male), taking us history, math 2, literature SAT IIs in june
-GPA- currently 3.85 UW with upward trend
-Classes- currently in honors classes but no APs, school is smaller so APs aren't as available as at many other schools, max I could take would probably be 4 or 5.
Next year I'm currently signed up for 4 APs. 4 years of Spanish + Calculus by graduation.
-E.C.s- since I'm only a junior, some of these are obviously looking ahead.
4 years varsity tennis (2 year captain), 2 years varsity cross country (1 year captain), National Honor Society, Head fundraiser for junior prom (other fundraising experience), Impact club (community service) member 60+ hours of service currently, Mathlete team, 3 time blood donor (organized one drive), Spanish Honor Society
-Part time job- 15 hr/wk
- Signed up for 2 week volunteer trip to South Africa over upcoming summer

I know there's a good chance I won't get in to any of these schools, but I thought it was worth a shot. I figure NYU's the easiest so I hope I can sneak in there. Also, will being from a small town in Wisconsin give me any diversity credibility for east coast schools? Any responses are welcome. Thanks!

Saying you donated blood is not something to put on a college app. I don’t know what you’re trying to imply by a guy having a good english score, I don’t think gender has much of anything to do with mental capacity… Columbia and UChicago would probably rather see an advanced AP Calc… Why are you taking SAT2? You don’t need to submit them if you send ACT.

sorry if i offended you nyc2013? i was just posing a question as to whether that would help me or not. I was trying my best not to overpad this thread with useless e.c.'s and I didn’t think that leading a blood drive was useless. It seems as though a lot of schools at least recommend sat 2’s so that’s why I’m taking them. Again, i might be wrong

Eh… I think you can get into NYU, Vassar is a bit more of a reach. Chicago is a high reach and Columbia is a pipe dream… I suggest that you look at schools around the selectivity of NYU and Vassar more, those seem like better bets.

yeah i figured columbia was the toughest. I’ll definitely apply for NYU and maybe Uchicago just as a stretch school. thanks for the input
