All are reaches as I am sure you know. For all the state schools listed(GT,UMich, UVA,UNC) you are OSS and your gpa is below ~96% of their accepted students. Also your course rigor is good, but for engineering you will be going up against students that have completed calc bc or higher and AP physics C. While not impossible, a very low chance. For BU and NYU your chances are a little better as they both accept a decent percentage of students in your gpa range and your scores will help.
