Chances for Penn?

What are my chances for getting into the University of Pennsylvania? I visited the campus and I know I really want to go to school there, but I’m not sure if I have a good chance of getting in. Here is my info:

TESTING:
SAT: 2360 (One-time)
SAT Subject Tests:
-Math II - 800
-Chemistry - 800

COURSES:
In 9th, 10th, and 11th grade, in total, I took 8 honors classes.

College Level Classes:
10th grade - College Accounting I
11th grade - AP Chemistry, AP Calculus BC, AP Statistics

I received 5s on all 3 AP exams junior year, and I got As in all of my classes so far.

12th grade (upcoming year) classes - Multivariable Calculus and Linear Algebra (2 semesters of college math in 1 year), College Composition, AP Biology, AP Microeconomics, AP Macroeconomics, Honors Public Speaking

GPA:
Weighted: 4.388
Unweighted: 3.996

EXTRACURRICULARS:
-Future Business Leaders of America Club Member (since 9th grade):
—Placed 1st in state for Accounting I event
—Placed in top 10 in nation for Accounting I
-Science League Club (11th grade)
—Top 10% in state for Chemistry II
-Around 200 hours of community service with several organizations, primarily the public library
-NHS Member, Member of Science, Math, and English Honor Societies
-Attending small STEM career outreach program during the summer (selection for the program was by high school’s nomination)
-Member of a highly selective peer leadership program for seniors acting as mentors and role models for freshmen throughout the year (this is a class in my schedule)

My high school is EXTREMELY competitive. It offers nearly 30 AP courses, so I don’t know if my courses measure up since so many kids in my school have take many more rigorous courses than I have. However, my grades in the courses I have taken are pretty solid, but I don’t know if that makes up for the relative lack of rigor. Also, I’ve done well in what I’ve participated in, but my list of extracurriculars isn’t long.

As far as majors, I’m looking into economics with a foundation in math, and a minor in comp sci. Or, instead of econ, I might major in finance or something related to quantitative analysis. I would most probably pursue the Mathematical Economics major in the College of Arts and Sciences at Penn, and maybe take some finance classes at Wharton. I’m also looking into several other schools in the region with good programs in these areas.
Could you also chance me for Tufts University, Carnegie Mellon University, Cornell University, and NYU Stern?

Thank you so much!!!

Penn- High Reach as ivies are a reach for everyone
Tufts- Match
CMU- Match
Cornell- High Reach
NYU Stern - Match

The “Ivies are a reach for everyone” doesn’t necessarily mean that other schools are easier to get into. CMU (assuming you are applying to Tepper) being a match and Penn CAS being a high reach makes no sense. CMU is a reach/low reach. Tufts is also just as hard as Cornell, and NYU Stern is probably the toughest to get into on your list.

Penn - Reach
CMU (Tepper) - Reach/low reach
Tufts - Low reach/high match
Cornell - Low reach/high match
NYU Stern - Reach

@EliteKnight how arent the ivies reaches for everyone? Even kids with a 4.0 GPA and perfect test scores do not get in. Kids with numerous prestigious academic or athletic and sometimes both do not get in. Harvard has an acceptance rate of like 5%. Cornell is the highest acceptance rate ivy and it has a 14% acceptance rate.

@Mtttho He’s not saying that the Ivies aren’t reaches for everyone. He was saying some of the other schools that OP is applying to are just as difficult to get into for their major. He was saying that you categorized CMU, NYU, and Tufts incorrectly.

Thanks so much! @Mtttho @EliteKnight and @danfer91
@EliteKnight What makes you say that NYU Stern is harder to get into than Penn?
