<p>THe thing about RU PharmD is that not only is it top notch but also its in the "Silicone Valley of Pharmacy". People there are basically assured a job right out of college. The jobs are right there waiting for you. And I hear that companies come to the college to get the 6th years to work for them.</p>
<p>Kingsavant is right! Two major pharmaceutical companies are located right near the Rutgers campus. (Johnson & Johnson, Bristol-Myers Squibb) Many RU Pharm graduates are able to get internships there.</p>
<p>I've heard from guidance counselors and admissions officers that the acceptance rate of RU Pharm is around 15% (maybe a bit less or more).</p>
