chances for schools in/near il?

hi!! I'm an incoming senior and excited/anxious about the college process. I'm going to be a first generation college student so i'm feeling a little behind on this entire college deal.

ethnicity: 100% polish, female
gpa: 4.8 weighted. weighted 4.0 (on 4.0 scale)
class rank: 4/670 end of 1st semester junior year (higher now hopefully)
act: 27 (score for april test, retook in june awaiting scores... hopefully much higher; i panicked on the science)
-math subscore of 30, science 24 (the science act does not reflect my science abilities, have gotten A's in all accelerated science classes offered at my school)
extra: in a media/broadcast academy, basketball: fresh/soph, track: fresh/soph/junior, national honor society: junior/senior, mathletes: junior/senior, student ambassador: junior/senior, joining another ambassador program senior year (by invitation),
-i have a retail job that i work about 10-20 hours each week during the school year, more in the summer. started beginning of junior year
-fluent in polish (first language), took spanish since 7th grade until end of junior year (had to drop for senior schedule due to scheduling complications but i finished honors 7/8)

my problem is i know generally what i'd like to try in college but i'm not 100% sure. i'd like to do something in math/computer science/engineering/chem.... as you can see in the general math/science range.

i live in il... parents aren't financially stable enough to help me out in paying for college so in state tuition or a good sized scholarship is what i'm hoping for if i can get it. i'd appreciate chances for the following schools

-u of i at urbana/champaign (don't know if i should declare engineering major, science act worrying me)
-marquette
-northwestern (stretch?)
-purdue
-northern il
-michigan state
-university of michigan
-university of wisconsin (milw)
-loyola

any chances would help me out!! i don't know if these are good choices to further research and hopefully apply to and get in??

thank you!!
