Chances for Syracuse, UMich, MSU, etc.

Hi! If you could chance me for Boston College, UMich Ann Arbor, Syracuse University, UCSB, UC Santa Cruz, University of Oregon, University of Washington (Seattle),UMass Amherst, Michigan State,NYU, and/or Tulane, that'd be really stellar. And Cornell, UPenn, UChicago, and Vanderbilt are like my crazy dream reach schools.
So these are my "stats" for colleges. And I'm currently a junior in high school.

Gender- Female
Location- California
Ethnicity- very white
Income- don't know exactly, but very low.
GPA- 3.75 (unweighted) 3.83 (weighted)
And I am top 7% of my class of 486

Freshman Year- Honors Biology (B), Honors English (A), Honors Geometry/Regular Geometry (C+, B-), Computer Operations (A), Health (A), Spanish 1 (A), PE (A/B). I was a member of Drama Club and Interact, on Senior Improv Team, Treasurer of Story Club, and did JV sprints in Tack and Field. I also did Tap and Jazz outside of school. I didn't try very hard my freshman year because I didn't really know anything and yeah.

Sophomore Year- Honors English (A), Alg 2/Trig (A), Chemistry (A), Spanish 2 (A), World History (A), PE (A). President of Attractive People Drinking Water Club (raised money for Charity: Water), member of Great Works of Literature Club, Baker's Club, Interact, Around the World Club, and California Scholarship Federation. I also ran cross country (JV) and Track (jv) did Ballet outside of school. I also received a full scholarship to Youth Empowered Activism Camp, which i attended.

Junior Year (this year)- I am taking Honors English (we don't have APENG), Pre-Calc, Spanish 3, TA-ing, AP US History, and Journalism. I expect a 3.83 GPA with a B in Spanish (my teacher is crazy). I'm not taking a science this year because I am staring concurrent enrollment in January at a community college and will be taking Astronomy, and then Physics. I'm also self-studying AP Psych. All my clubs are the same, except I'm founding a chapter of Students for a Free Tibet (as President), and re-starting Improv Team, re-joined Drama Club, and joined Taal Bollywood Dance Team. Also I'm a Galaxy Explorer Volunteer at Chabot Space and Science Center and I volunteer at a Kidz Club at a low-income housing unit. And I quit cross country.
And this upcoming summer I will be a camp counselor.

Senior Year- I expect my EC's to stay the same. And I will be taking AP US Gov't, AP Econ, AP Bio, AP Lit, California History, AP Stats or Calc, and Film (graduation requirement).

I don't have any test scores yet, but based on practice tests I predict a 2100 SAT or so. I plan on taking the following subject tests: Spanish, Math II, Literature, and US History. And maybe Physics.

Also I'm kind of a really good writer so my essays will be pretty good.
And my grandma went to Boston College so I think that makes me legacy.

My top 3 choices are UMich Ann Arbor, Boston College, and Syracuse, in that order.

I know that is a lot of colleges so like you totally do not have to chance me with all of them. I'd also appreciate it if you could tell me what acceptance rate range I should be looking at. Thanks so much!

Oh and by senior year I think i will have around 200 community service hours.

Bumping this on up
