<p>Note these grades are not equivalent to their US 'counterparts' lol...A 'D' in A/O Level is not the same as a 'D' at a US high school.</p>

<p>High school doesn't rank, nor calculates GPA. But GPA (unweighted) would roughly translate to 3.65.</p>

<p>Extracurricular activities include:
Student Council (Head Boy, Prefect)
Music Society (Vice President)
Broadcasting Unit (Executive Member)
English Literary Association (President)

<p>And yes, I applied for Electrical Engineering as my first choice major and Computer Engineering (Electrical Engineering Track) as my second choice major.</p>

I am international applicant too. I got my acceptance letter 5 days ago!
My SATs were 1940, SAT II- MA-780, PH-730.
School grades aren’t all that great but pretty good coming from a cbse student.
Extracurriculars are decent- piano, dances, table tennis, writing, envi. stuff and community service too.
I am from a very small place and that adds to my application too i guess since u don’t get to do much here.
U’ll be perfectly fine! I’m sure u’ll get in. I hope u’ve applied higher as well. Where r u from btw? I’m from UAE.

<p>I am from Pakistan. Did you do O/A Levels too?</p>

<p>Apart from TAMU, I am applying to NJIT and IIT. I am not really aiming higher. I don’t really know why, I guess I hope to increase my chances of getting a scholarship if I apply lower. Where else have you applied?</p>
