Chances for Transferring to Wash U?

I want to transfer to Washington University in St. Louis, after I get an associates in arts and an associate's in science from Southwestern Illinois College. I can get both at the same time; I'm finishing up my first semester. Someone told me that high school grades won't matter, but here goes: (please note that I was 13 - 16 in high school, so I kind of sucked)
3.2 GPA
28 ACT
Varsity Volleyball
A million EC's I won't go into

College:
4.0 GPA
2180/2400 SAT
Administrative Assistant Intern at a marketing firm
College newspaper reporter
Vice President of college Poet Society
3 weekly EC's (2 volunteering with kids, 1 working in another office)

My passion is research writing. I love anthropology and biology and I want ethnographers' and scientists' work to be available to everyone, in a form that's easy to understand. I have been told that I am an excellent writer of technical and research-related things, and I want to put that to good use!

Thank you in advance, to all replies.

Aaaaaaand no one replies… I guess, if I can’t stand out on an online forum, I won’t stand out to Admissions. So I guess fate chanced me, and fate said no. Haha

The GPA and SAT are pretty much up to par, I dont know about the High school GPA though… More ECS!
