Chances for UC Berkeley, UCLA, Stanford?

<p>I'm currently a junior attending a high school in California. I'm also Asian if that changes things. Thanks!</p>

<p>Also, would Cornell be even an extremely high reach possibility?</p>

SAT: Just took it for the first time and got a 1930 (590 Critical Reading, 620 Math, 720 Writing), planning on taking it one or two more times to try to get 2000 or 2100
